Stay by Kollwitzplatz – in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg
Our building is at Husemannstraße 13 – one of Berlin's most beautiful period streets, just a few steps from Kollwitzplatz. The Kollwitzkiez is the heart of Prenzlauer Berg: grand 19th-century facades, streets lined with plane trees, cafés, restaurants and the weekly market on Kollwitzplatz. Around the water tower and Rykestraße it is lively by day and pleasantly quiet at night.
Senefelderplatz U2 station is about a 7–10 minute walk – from there it is two stops to Alexanderplatz. The Kulturbrauerei and Mauerpark are within strolling distance too.

Where exactly are the P&M Apartments?
The apartments are at Husemannstraße 13, 10435 Berlin – right in the Kollwitzkiez in the Prenzlauer Berg district, a few minutes' walk from Kollwitzplatz and the water tower. You will receive the check-in details before arrival.
How do I get to Alexanderplatz?
Senefelderplatz underground station (U2) is about a 7–10 minute walk away. From there it is just two stops to Alexanderplatz, a ride of about 5 minutes.
How does check-in work?
All apartments offer self check-in with a smart lock. Arrive whenever it suits you – you will receive the access details before arrival.
Is there an apartment for families or large groups?
Yes. The Luxury Residence sleeps up to 9 guests, the Prestige Suites up to 6. The Fantastic Apartment, Amazing Apartment and Heaven in Berlin sleep up to 4, and a cot is available on request.
Can I rent a furnished apartment for several weeks or months?
Yes, long stays are possible in all apartments. Each has a kitchen, Wi-Fi and a workspace, some also a washing machine. For longer periods, please contact us directly.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, bed linen and towels are ready on arrival. The kitchens come with crockery, cooking basics and a Nespresso machine.
