Our apartments are at Husemannstraße 13 in the Kollwitzkiez, one of Berlin's loveliest neighbourhoods: 19th-century buildings, cafés, markets and leafy squares – with Alexanderplatz just two underground stops away.

Kollwitzplatz
The leafy square is the heart of the neighbourhood – with playgrounds, cafés, the popular Saturday market and the organic market on Thursdays. A few minutes' walk from the apartments.
Water tower
Berlin's oldest water tower sits on a small park hill – a lovely spot for an evening walk.
Husemannstraße & Rykestraße
Husemannstraße – where our building stands – and Rykestraße are among Berlin's most beautiful period streets, with restaurants, small shops and the historic Rykestraße synagogue.
Kulturbrauerei
Cinema, concerts, a museum and a street-food market on the historic brewery site – easy to reach on foot.
Mauerpark
Flea market and open-air karaoke on Sundays – approx. 15–20 minutes on foot.
Berlin Mitte
Alexanderplatz, Hackescher Markt and Museum Island are quickly reached by U2 and a short walk.
