When you visit it, the web server of our hosting provider automatically processes technical data in server log files (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type, referring page). This data is technically necessary for the secure operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is deleted after a short time. It is not merged with other data.

4. Online booking via Smoobu

For online bookings we use the booking platform Smoobu (Smoobu GmbH, Berlin). The booking calendar is embedded on the "Booking" page as an iframe and linked via buttons. When you open the "Booking" page or click a booking button, a connection to Smoobu's servers is established; technical data such as your IP address is transmitted to Smoobu, and Smoobu may set its own cookies required for the booking function. The data you enter in the booking form (name, address, contact details, travel dates, payment details where applicable) is transmitted to us and processed by us to perform the accommodation contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We store this data for as long as required for contract processing and statutory retention periods. Further information: Smoobu privacy policy.

5. Contact by e-mail or phone

If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process the data you provide to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply. We do not use a contact form.

6. Registration law

Under the German Federal Registration Act (Bundesmeldegesetz) we are obliged to have a registration form completed on arrival (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR). This data is kept for the legally prescribed period.
