About us
P&M Apartments – your hosts in the Kollwitzkiez
We rent out five furnished design apartments in a 19th-century Berlin building in the Kollwitzkiez – for holidaymakers, families and professionals who prefer an apartment to a hotel room.
In 2026 we renovated all apartments and refurnished them with great attention to detail: olive-green walls, warm gold and mustard tones, carefully chosen furniture and fully equipped kitchens. Arrive, unpack and feel at home – for a weekend or several months.
P&M Apartments is run by a Berlin host team with experience in hotels and apartment rentals. More than 880 guest reviews with an average of 4.7 out of 5 stars on Airbnb show that our guests feel at home with us. If you have any questions, we are here for you by phone and e-mail.
