The apartment
The Fantastic Apartment was freshly renovated in 2026 and sleeps up to four. Furnished with care and attention to detail, it suits solo travellers, couples and families with children – a cot is available on request.
The bedroom with its double bed is a separate space. The living room invites you to unwind and turns into a second sleeping area with the sofa bed. The dining table seats four, and the lounge corner in front of the old brick wall is the favourite spot in the evening.
Cook whatever you like in the fully equipped kitchen – or try the cafés and restaurants around Kollwitzplatz. A Nespresso machine is ready for your morning coffee. A workspace and fast Wi-Fi make longer stays comfortable too.
